Advanced technology has reached dentistry to offer convenience, fast workflow, and less hassle procedures for both dental professionals and patients. The digital dentures workflow involves the fabrication of CAD/CAM dentures providing a precise fit.
Digital dentistry has been growing and getting better each year. We pursue to provide our patients high-quality dentures by investing in digital dentures taking us to the next level.
We are proud to offer digital dentures as we spent our time in training to perfecting digitally designed dentures. CAD/CAM involves artificial intelligence, however, in our opinion, knowledge, and skills of traditional denture fabrication is important to get an in-depth understanding in digitally designed dentures to produce well-functioning dentures.
These techniques and procedures are included in precision dentures. In some cases, we can incorporate some digital dentures in standard dentures with an additional cost.
We use an intraoral scanner for faster, easier, and less hassle impression taking. The intraoral scanner will produce a digital copy of the patient's upper and lower jaw, as well as the normal bite of the patient.
Taking this route provides us with an accurate mold of the patient’s oral cavity, which gives us a good foundation for making a denture fit precisely.
Our precision dentures are designed digitally giving us benefits on making the patient’s denture more personalized.
We have an in-house 3D printer for us to print a prototype design denture to present to the patient and have them try it. This additional procedure gives the patient a better feel and looks of their denture before finalizing their denture.
Changes that need to be done are redesigned digitally, reprinted, and retried.
The designed denture is then milled with a high-quality denture material to finish and finalize the dentures.
